Annual Fund Committee

The Field Elementary Annual Fund Committee is a group of parents who work in partnership with the Pasadena Education Foundation to maintain essential staff positions and curricular resources for our 90:10 Mandarin Dual Language Immersion Program.
Our school relies on the generous contributions from our families and community to enrich our educational environment, bridging the gap between public school funding and the true cost of our children’s education. If you would like to learn more about our Annual Fund and school funding in general, please read this FAQ.
During the 2021-22 school year, Field's Annual Fund raised more than $167,000. This money was designated to go toward the following needs:
- Bilingual Instructional aides to assist teachers in their classrooms and reduce the student-to-teacher ratio
- Project Aide/Behavior Interventionist to help students who need extra support
- Instructional Coach to help gather curriculum materials
- Enrichment Programs
Annual Fund organizes two main fundraising events each year. The first event is the Direct-Ask Campaign which will be held in October. The second event is the Annual Fund Gala which will take place in May this year. Due to Covid restrictions, we were unable to host a gala the last two years. We are excited to bring this event back this school year where parents can enjoy a night out while supporting our school. To make a donation to the Annual Fund, please click here.
